Acrylic Pouring Workshop “You and Me, Kid!”

About this Event
Join The Arts Alliance, as they welcome artist/instructor Carolyn McGowan for this unique opportunity to partner with Your kid, a Kid, a kid you really like, any kid,to learn all about the process of Acrylic Pouring on Canvas.
Sunday, April 26 from 1pm – 3pm
Cottell Park, Arts Bungalow (Building located directly behind the Snyder House)

No experience is necessary. All materials are provided. Wear your art shirts for messy play!

Each participant will create one canvas.
$40.00 for two participants.

The Canvas Experience: In fluid acrylic painting, you don’t apply the paint with a brush or palette knife, but rather use gravity to move the paint by pouring, puddling, and dripping onto a substrate (Canvas). It’s a lot of fun (and somewhat addicting!), and a great way to spark your creative energy.
About Carolyn! Native Cincinnatian, Carolyn McGowan works in finance, while also feeding her creative appetite through painting, photography and travel. Carolyn is currently focusing on painting using fluid acrylics and inks and also enjoys watercolor, ceramics and collage. CLICK HERE to learn more About Carolyn McGowan.
